Computer Concepts is here to help you with your home or business technology needs. Our parent company Simple Network Consulting can bring enterprise level consulting to the table. We understand it's not always practical or convenient to drop off your computer at a repair shop, so we normally also make house calls, although due to covid-19 we are temporarily pausing this. No project is too small or too big - let us show you what experience can do.

Security/Privacy Protection
Let Computer Concepts run a free vulnerability test to see if you have any security gaps on your computer. After running the brief test we will discuss the results and answer your questions.

Your items will be worked on at this location. For the most effective (and fastest) turn-around, you may drop off and pick up your device directly from here.
Pricing
Our rates are $95.00/hour. We also offer a 10% discount for UW Students, UW Alumni, military, first responders, and people over the age of 65.

In all circumstances, you agree that Computer Concepts ("service provider") maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold and/or services rendered. Service provider shall not be liable under any circumstance for claims against us for damages against the customer. Furthermore, service provider shall not be liable for loss or expense of any kind arising out of or resulting from malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business or income, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, loss of data, and/or subsequent damage to any hardware due to hardware failure, software failure, or viruses. Customer shall have no right of recourse against service provider for failure to meet any of the foregoing obligations such as obligations are not the responsibility of the service provider. In no event, shall Computer Concepts or any of its service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages regardless of whether Computer Concepts or any of its service providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Computers not picked up within 45 days of drop-off will become the property of Computer Concepts.
